JAPANESE LANGUAGE - ELEMENTARY

The elementary courses aim to introduce students to the Japanese language step by step. There are 3 stages in Elementary level ie. Elementary I, Elementary II and Elementary III. In elementary classes, students will first be taught Hiragana characters in Elementary I, Katakana in Elementary II, then in Elementary III, Kanji will be introduced. As a solid foundation is essential to the learning of the Japanese language, our school places great emphasis on nurturing the written and speaking skills of our students.

Upon the completion of all Elementary levels, students would have mastered basic grammar, be able to converse confidently in simple Japanese and to read and write simple sentences. Students will also be qualified to sit for the (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) JLPT 4 examination.
